Diesel generator sets

NIISA is a Belarusian manufacturer of diesel generator sets and has its own production facilities with high-technology equipment. We offer diesel generator sets with the capacity 20 kW, 30kW, 40kW, 60 kW, 80 kW, 100 kW that are available in stationary open and stationary containerized versions. Our diesel generator sets are used at healthcare establishments in Vitebsk, Grodno, Gomel, Brest, Minsk, establishments of the Minsk City Executive Committee, Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus, administrative support department of military forces.

Application:

Supply of three-phase 400/230 V / 50 Hz / 20-100 kW current.
 

Intended use:

– primary power-supply source for remote settlements, farms, etc.;
– standby (emergency) power-supply source for objects where reliable power supply is required (hospitals, schools, banks, hotels, stadiums, etc.).

Design:        

– stationary open version; 

– stationary containerized version. 

Components:

– diesel engine (manufactured by the Minsk Motor Plant);
– brushless generator (from leading world manufacturers);
– control unit with control equipment;
– switching unit;
– integral fuel tank with a capacity of 190 (400) litres, which ensures continuous operation of the diesel-generator set during 16 hours;
– additional equipment (spare parts, tools and accessories; for the containerized version – hand-priming pump, heaters, lamps, outlets).

Control:

– manual and automatic microprocessor control with status signalling by contacts without potential;
– monitoring of all parameters, including fuel level monitoring and diesel-generator set control;
– automatic standby activation in 5-15 seconds.

The industrial diesel engine manufactured by "Minsk Motor Plant" is simple, efficient, reliable and user-friendly. The engine is implemented on the basis of D-246 and D-266 engines (four stroke, direct injection, equipped with high-capacity radiator, cooling fan drive, fuel priming pump, fixed governor unit, starter unit, as well as with air, oil and fuel filters with replaceable components). The engine is assembled with high-capacity dynamically balanced wheel.

The generator is highly-reliable with supreme operating characteristics that provide trouble-free operation of the diesel generator sets. Characteristics: brushless, class N insulation, single bearing, self-oscillation, self-adjusting and drip-proof, under-speed protection. Voltage control precision is within the limits of ±1% at load from 0 to 100%, speed from 2% to 5% and power-factor from 0.8 to 1 with balanced load. The shaft-mounted radial fan provides the required generator fanning.

The control unit with vibration control includes three ampere-meters, one volt-meter, selector switch, frequency meter, hour-meter, relaying fuse, hand-held unit for control of 23 parameters with LED indicators, meter of the engine oil pressure, temperature indicator, battery status display, emergency stop button. The control unit features complete internal wiring including terminals, relays, finish hardware and cables numerated accordingly and identified according to panels. The set includes an accumulator charger.

The container is vandal-proof, weatherproof, heat-insulated with increased sound absorption, designed for outdoor operation; climatic version U1 according to GOST 15150 and GOST 13827, overall dimensions of the container (LхWхH) - 4180х2370х3200 mm; specified ambient air temperature from -35° to +50°; fire-resistance rating IV (SNB 2.02.01-98).

The container includes the following equipment:
- automated combined extract-and-input ventilation;
- electric controllable ventilation;
- heaters of the container interior – (electric fan heaters) – 2 pcs;
- coolant pre-heater;
- interior lighting: key lighting (from 220V AC); emergency lighting (from diesel accumulators);
- pump for manual pump injection;
- auxiliary electric board;
- fire extinguisher;
- exhaust gas outlet.

Warranty repairs of the diesel generator set are performed by NIISA specialists and are included into the cost of the set. After-warranty repairs are performed by NIISA specialists on the basis of a Maintenance Agreement.
