United information system designed to control the execution of orders of the President
The system is designed for automation of the interdepartmental activities carried out to control the execution of orders of the President (head of state).
The system is currently used at the Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus, the Council of Ministers, the State Control Committee, public authorities and other state organizations.
Information and control system for the State Defence Industry Committee
The system is designed for automation of the record-keeping, control, planning and management of activities of the State Defence Industry Committee.
The system was developed and introduced within the framework of the national scientific and technical program “Electronic Belarus”.
Information system for forest management
The system is designed for automation of the activities related to recordkeeping, control, planning and management of forestry and forest resources, such as:
- administration and daily management of forestry;
- short-term and long-term planning of forest management activities;
- forest inventory (basic and continuous forest regulation, selective inventory, etc.);
- maintenance of a detailed forest database.
Due to automation of forest management and effective implementation of advanced information technologies, the system provides increased economical self-sufficiency and efficiency of forestry enterprises, integration of forestry information resources into a united national resource, as well as introduction of modern forestry management standards.
The system is used in the Belarusian forest industry. It has provisions for future information integration of the Belarusian and Russian forest industries.
Automated information system for control of the Belarusian frontier forces
The system is designed for automation of the control functions at the State Committee of Frontier Forces of the Republic of Belarus and at departments guarding the state frontier of the Republic of Belarus.
Automated integrated information system for budgetary control
The system is designed for automation of the activities of budgetary control authorities and departments. It provides:
- effective control of administration of the state budget and local budgets of the Republic of Belarus and utilization of state off-budget funds and special budgetary funds;
- improvement of information analysis at the State Control Committee of the Republic of Belarus and application of advanced information technologies in the public financial control process.
Automated integrated information system of the State Control Committee of the Republic of Belarus
The system is designed for automation of the following processes:
- preparation, input, handling and storing of information used by the State Control Committee and its regional departments;
- handling and storing of information received from other agencies such as the Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus, public authorities, ministries, departments and organizations, as well as citizens;
- generation of reports and returns for the State Control Committee, the Administration of the President, public authorities, ministries, departments and organizations.
The system consists of the following information subsystems:
- Personnel management;
- Office work;
- Control activities;
- Control of foreign economic activity;
- Control of sectors of economy.
All the subsystems mentioned above are currently in commercial operation.
