Production facilities
NIISA has a pilot production fitted out with modern manufacturing equipment.
The main tasks of the pilot production are:
- - manufacture of production prototypes developed by the departments, with overall testing and subsequent acceptance by the quality control department for starting serial production;
- - adjustment of manufacturing processes;
- - manufacture of production lots and goods for enterprises of the national economy.
About 40 standard manufacturing processes in printed circuit boards, mechanoprocessing, welding, electroplating, painting, pressing and assembling have been developed and introduced for manufacture of prototypes and experimental models.
Some developments of the recent years include:
- - mask coating technology for printed circuit boards, making it possible to improve the quality of PCBs and increase the packaging density of radioelectronic devices;
- - surface-mount technology for radio components, making it possible to miniaturize the equipment increasing at the same time its functional complexity;
- - casting technique and accessory, making it possible to manufacture electromechanical indicator elements used for construction of energy-efficient remote viewing data displays;
- - lacquer coating technology for electromechanical indicator elements, providing antiglare surface of display elements, large contract range and resistance to external climatic factors;
- - ÅÈÐÂ.50100.00861 process for mounting microcircuits in cabinets such as ÂGÀ, ÅÐSÀSÑÎÐÅ-2.
