The key element of the company's strategy and long-term prospects is the creation of automated control systems using high information technology, world experience and own recent developments to meet highest demands of our customers.

Our strategic objective in the field of quality is to ensure the competitive capacity of the company both on domestic and foreign market.

The competitiveness is understood as a balanced combination of high performance and favourable prices of our products, attained with a minimum environmental impact produced by the activity of the enterprise, in compliance with the national requirements of the Republic of Belarus.

The NIISA's quality management system is certified in the National Certification System of the Republic of Belarus for conformance to the requirements of STB ISO 9001-2001 (state standard of Belarus).

The environment management system is certified in the National Certification System of the Republic of Belarus for conformance to the requirements of STB ISO 14001-2000 (state standard of Belarus).

The environmental and quality conformance certificates cover the design, development, production and service of automated control systems; radio electronic devices for control, adjustment, data processing and display; software; communications and data transmission systems and facilities; power-supply systems and units.

In 2005, the company's social policy was adopted.

NIISA has recently completed the development of the Comprehensive System for Ensuring the Competitive Capacity of the Company, which represents a uniform enterprise management system established through integration and implementation of the requirements and provisions of international standards ISO 9000, ISO 14000, and standards ОНSАS 18000, SА 8000.
