OJSC “AGAT – Control Systems” started to conduct all types of benchmark and actual-service tests in 1973. The development of the test and metrology base was headed by the company’s management and highly qualified specialists.

Currently the department of tests and metrology specializes in all kinds of tests concerning certification, metrological support and specialized examination of equipment, products and objects.

The department aims to enhance the quality and competitive ability of the company’s products, and assure its compliance with the international quality requirements.

The department includes:

  • the division of benchmark tests;
  • the metrological division;
  • the division of actual-service tests.

The division of benchmark tests performs investigation, acceptance, preliminary, control, sampling, typical, certification and reliability assurance tests of hardware and equipment.

The division has been accredited to perform mechanical and environmental tests, electrical safety and electromagnetic compatibility tests (Accreditation certificate ВY/112.02.2.0014, issued on 14.11.2008, valid until 14.11.2011).

The metrological division provides metrological support of the company and conducts special testing of equipment, products, objects, systems, and automation and communication complexes.

OJSC “AGAT – Control Systems” has:

  • registration certificate No. 091 МН of 05.12.2001 for the right to perform calibration tests;
  • special authorization (license) No. 01019/0628225 of 11.01.2011 for activities connected with technical data protection including cryptographic methods and use of electronic signature.

The division of actual-service tests provides technical and coordination support of any tests conducted by the company, pre-sales preparations and demonstrations. Comprehensive facilities of the division make it possible to check and debug the hardware and interfacing, communication systems, radar systems and resistance to interference and jamming.

The available measurement instruments and testing equipment allow to:

  • simulate climatic load within the range from +375 to –70 Celsius degrees and relative humidity 10-100% in large chambers;
  • carry out all types of tests for impact of mechanical agents: vibration strength and resistance, shock resistance, transportation simulation;
  • test the effect of sun, rain, salt mist and dust;
  • perform electromagnetic compatibility tests.

The stock of metering equipment and devices is constantly modernized and renovated. Currently the test base includes such new generation instruments as spectrum analyzer, complex plane analyzer, and test equipment for magnetic field resistance.

Highly qualified specialists of the department of tests and metrology not only tests own products of our company but renders the accredited testing services to outside agencies.
