Production facilities

Our Company has its own pilot production that helps to adjust to modern market requirements and assure quick startup of new products.

The main tasks of the pilot production are:

• manufacturing of production prototypes developed by the departments, with overall testing and subsequent acceptance by the quality control department for starting serial production;
• adjustment of manufacturing processes;
• manufacturing of production lots and goods for enterprises of the national economy.

The pilot production manufactures state-of-the-art automated control systems for national economy, Belarusian Armed Forces and for export. Moreover the department provides numerous Belarusian and foreign enterprises and organizations with electronic and electric products and hardware.

Thanks to advanced technologies, modern equipment and highly qualified personnel the products manufactured by the pilot production feature high quality, have a stable sales market and in certain cases are even unique.

Our production facilities enable to carry out the full cycle of technological processes in printed circuit boards, mechanoprocessing, welding, electroplating, painting and polymeric coating, surface mounting and assembling.

Recently the Company has undertaken large-scale reconstruction and modernization of its production facilities and technological base. Particularly the printed circuit boards and electroplating sit were modernized. There was developed the own heat generating installation and polymeric coating site.

The printed circuit boards output has exceeded the rated site capacity and constitutes about 20 000 nominal printed circuit boards annually.

The processes and technologies adopted include:

• mask coating of printed circuit boards that enables to improve the workmanship of printed circuit boards and increase radio-electronics packing density;
• surface-mounting technology that helps to miniaturize the hardware and increase its functional complexity;
• process for mounting microcircuits in cabinets such as ВGА, ЕРSАSСОРЕ-2;
• hydro-abrasive cutting of stone, plastic materials, glass, ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

For development of new technologies numerous employees of the pilot production were awarded by Ministry of Industry and Military and Industrial Committee of the Republic of Belarus, and won government decorations.
