Reorganization Notification

On October 13, 2011 the Open Joint-Stock Company “AGAT – Control Systems» was renamed into the Open Joint-Stock Company “AGAT – Control Systems – Managing Company of Geoinformation Control Systems Holding» (according to the order of the State Military and Industrial Committee of the Republic of Belarus No. 238 of October 11, 2011.

According to Order of the State Property Committee of the Republic of Belarus No. 483 of December 30, 2010 the Research and Development Republican Unitary Enterprise “Research Institute of Automation Facilities” (UE “NIISA”) on January 13, 2011 was reorganized into the Open Joint Stock Company “AGAT – Control Systems” (OJSC “AGAT – Control Systems”).

In accordance with the Charter the OJSC “AGAT – Control Systems” is the successor of all rights and obligations of the UE “NIISA”.
