Mission and strategy
Our mission is:
- to develop and implement automated control systems based on advanced information technologies using our knowledge and expertise;
- to improve the quality of our products in order to ensure maximum satisfaction of our customers’ requirements;
- to contribute to image of Belarus in the international arena and sustainable development of the national economy as a whole.
Strategic goals of our company:
- to ensure near-term and long-term competitive power of our company in development and output of automated control systems and other products both at national and foreign markets;
- to explore development directions and implement automated control systems based on principles of centralized network approach and intellectualization;
- to introduce state-of-the-art developments of our company into various spheres of Belarusian and foreign economy;
- to contribute to international cooperation of Belarus with the CIS and far-abroad countries in the sphere of development of major integrated control systems using advanced information technologies.
To achieve the defined goals we
- develop scientific potential of our company, conduct research activities, develop new communication facilities, try-out advanced technical, constructive, software and information solutions, enhance and upgrade existing systems and components;
- develop research and technical facilities, create and upgrade complex simulation centers, continue development of CAD system and design-engineering production support system, improve the test base, enhance the Comprehensive System for Ensuring the Competitive Capacity of the company;
- elaborate marketing activities in order to enhance competitive capacity of the company’s products (works/services) and satisfy existing and future customers’ requirements;
- master production and development techniques;
- enhance the enterprise management system;
- increase social and moral personnel motivation;
- enhance the company’s social and economic development indicators.
We view the company’s competitive ability as an organic combination of high technical and economic performance of the developed and manufactured products with a minimum environmental impact produced by the activity of the company, in compliance with the national requirements of the Republic of Belarus.
The company has developed and adopted of the Comprehensive System for Ensuring the Competitive Capacity of the company, which represents a uniform enterprise management system established through integration and implementation of the requirements and provisions of international standards ISO 9000, ISO 14000, and standards ОНSАS 18000, etc.
In 1st quarter of 2010 the company’s quality management system was certified according to the new edition of STB ISO 9001-2009 (national standard of Belarus).
